AVA Program

Project XD‑3 is the AVA Program, built for interoperable gameplay and decentralised asset mobility. AVAs are pre‑made, high‑performance dNFT units engineered by DPMF, while XSQUAD characters are human soldiers created and customised by players in game. Both factions use the Genesis 9 character system, enabling high‑fidelity modelling, advanced rigging, and precision sculpting. Unreal Engine 5 enhances these characters with real‑time rendering, Lumen lighting, Nanite geometry, and next‑generation animation systems, delivering cinematic performance across immersive, space‑based PvP environments. 

The AVA and XSQUAD factions operate as two distinct forces within the XD‑3 universe. AVAs represent DPMF‑manufactured synthetic specialists, built for extreme conditions, advanced mobility, and elite operational capability. XSQUAD represents the human side of the conflict, where players shape their own operatives through customisation and progression. This structure creates a clear divide between engineered precision and

human agency.

The AVA Program supports seamless cross‑platform deployment, allowing both AVA and XSQUAD characters to function consistently across multiple game worlds. Experience points, upgrades, and enhancements earned in one environment are stored within the dNFT and travel with the character into any supported ecosystem. When an AVA or XSQUAD avatar is traded, all accumulated progress transfers with it, creating a train‑to‑trade progression loop where players can evolve their characters to increase rarity, capability, and market value.

Within Game‑Fi ecosystems, AVAs and XQUAD avatars operate as performance‑driven digital assets capable of generating crypto rewards through gameplay, team missions, and peer‑to‑peer interactions. BETA Game Launch coming 2026!

The AVA Program BETA is opening this year, giving everyone a chance to step inside the universe you’ve been building, no blockchain knowledge required. The goal is simple: make the experience accessible, exciting, and instantly playable whether you’re on desktop or mobile. From day one, players will be able to explore their personal Strike Vessel, build and train their own 3D avatars, and take part in competitive systems that set the foundation for the full game. These early features are designed to showcase how progression, customisation, and competitive play all connect, giving players a real taste of what the AVA ecosystem will become as it expands.

The AVA Program integrates Genesis 9’s high‑fidelity character system with Unreal Engine 5’s real‑time rendering to deliver cinematic, next‑generation avatars and environments for our avatar‑based space experience.

1 - Strike Vessel Ownership

Your ship is your home, the place where you train, experiment, and shape the avatars you’ll take into competitive play. Every interior is fully explorable and built to feel alive, giving you space to move around, interact with features, and customise the environment to match your style. This isn’t just decoration; your ship is where your progression happens. It’s where you refine your AVAs and avatars, upgrade their abilities, and prepare them for battles against other players. The more time you spend inside, the stronger your roster becomes. Every journey starts here, and every victory begins with the work you put in aboard your own personalised ship.

2 - Character Create

Create your own 3D Avatar and join the XSQUAD faction. Shape your look, build your power traits, and train your character inside your ship as you prepare to take on AVAs or even evolve into one yourself. Every action adds experience and strengthens your abilities, giving you full freedom to grow your avatar your way. When you’re ready, mint your character at any stage and turn it into a tradable 3D dNFT on the XRP Ledger, unlocking global ownership and competitive play.

The AVA Program leverages the Genesis 9 character system to produce highly detailed, next‑generation avatars, combining advanced morphing technology with a unified mesh for exceptional realism and creative flexibility.

3 - Training Rooms

Inside the Strike Vessel, each training room is built as a focused VR‑style training space where your avatar develops real power fast. These environments are fully explorable and interactive, giving you dedicated areas to sharpen combat skills, improve timing and strategy, and push your character’s limits in a way that feels physical and rewarding. Every session adds experience and strengthens your traits, directly preparing you for competitive battles against other players where real financial rewards are on the line. The vessel becomes your progression hub the place where your avatar evolves, levels up, and gets ready to compete.

Leveraging Unreal Engine 5 positions the AVA Program on a modern, cinematic‑grade foundation, giving your characters and environments the same real‑time rendering capabilities used in today’s leading games and virtual productions. UE5’s Nanite geometry, Lumen lighting, and advanced animation systems allow AVA assets to be showcased with exceptional realism, fluid motion, and scalable performance across platforms.
